Justin Clement, a Customer Experience Manager at Team Dynamo, connects customers with what they need for a smooth buying and selling experience. His natural curiosity and interest in people motivate him to build relationships. For Justin, each client is more than a number--real estate is about community building and cultivation. 

Although he was born in New Hampshire, Justin has spent his adult years in Florida, where he attended Santa Fe College. After graduating, he spent ten years in Chicago, where he managed a Starbucks while exploring improvisational comedy and sketch writing at Second City. But the sun and sand called him back to Florida, and he returned to Gainesville as a Salesman/Collector at a mobile home community before joining Team Dynamo. 

In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his fiancee, participating in theatre, and petting his two cats: Jojo and Neeko. Justin is also a Notary Public in the State of Florida, and has awards for acting and singing at the Florida Theatre Conference. You can also find him grilling, cooking, or watching movies.
